Caribbea Bay Resort, Kariba

I had a week-long stay at Caribbea Bay Hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The staff were attentive and responsive, especially Terry, who made my stay memorable. The room had its ups and downs, but the hotel needs some renovations, particularly in the bathrooms. Despite some issues with power and the internet, I found the service to be commendable, and the boat cruise added to the excitement of my stay. The pricing was reasonable for what we received.

My stay at this hotel had some ups and downs. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the banks of Kariba Dam, offering some incredible views. The rooms are well air-conditioned and modern, but the overall cleanliness could use some improvement. Unfortunately, the dining experience was rather disappointing, with both high prices and subpar service. Despite this, the beautiful scenery makes it a memorable destination, but I would be cautious about value for money.
